The book The Curious Incident of The Dog In the Night-time is a great novel writing by Mark Haddon The novel has many meaningful messages and shows the true meaning of life The book was a very enjoyable novel to read and I loved the way the main character Christopher is portrayed Teenage Students from the age of 13-17 that are feeling alone or feel left out should read this great novelOne reason why people should read this novel is because the theme The Act of Being Independent is portrayed very well and it shows the importance in life Being Independent also means to take risks in life and Christopher has showed that For example the quote I think I would make a very good astronaut Haddon 50 is very significant because as an astronaut a person takes many risks An astronaut needs to be independent and take care of him or herself in space The Astronaut may not know if he will be back on earth once heshe goes off into space Christopher is following his dreams and being independent will give him an opportunity in life Christopher had many troubles understanding people and the way they think Christopher would usually shut down when he is scared or frightened because indirectly the book says that Christopher has Aspergers syndrome Aspergers syndrome is a form of autism which makes it difficult for people to communicate and interact with each other People with Aspergers have 3 main weaknesses Social communication Social interacting and social imagination all which have to do with society and communicating with others The murder of wellington helped Christopher realize that it is a symbol for him to prove everyone wrong about his autistic ability and that he is also and ordinary person For example The quote I decided to find out who killed wellington even though my father said not to Haddon 28 is very signifanct because it
