"You do a great job analyzing the painting and explaining why you found it a compelling piece of art. Note though that the title of an artwork should be consistently italicized. In terms of overall organization, some of your paragraphing decisions should be revisited since having short paragraphs in succession creates a choppy flow. Consider combining analysis about the painting’s balance into a separate paragraph from your discussion of colors being used to create unity and variety. Alternatively, the last two body paragraphs could be joined into a single paragraph with a modified topic sentence. Terms such as “oil” and “color” should not be capitalized in the middle of a sentence, and there’s a typo with the appearance of “has” instead of “was.” A period such as the “eighteen hundreds” is typically written in numeral form as 1800s, and review is needed to ensure that a space has been inserted between all words and between words and numbers."
