Being a single mother of three beautiful children has changed my lifeIt has tested my physical and emotional strength my ability to managetime and personal life There were times were I felt overwhelmed feltthe pressure of being single and hardships of not having a secondincome making me wish I could catch a break As a single mother webear more weight of making ends meet on one salary or two jobs to tryand equal that second income a father would bring Having to deal withthe overload of an everyday life full time employment school homeworktaking the kids back and forth to school its not an easy task Iverealized that although encountering numerous struggles I have theability to appreciate what I haveTo be the only one to take care of my 3 children has its up and downsPhysically I have to be super mom Picking up after them making surehome work is done rooms are clean and they have bathed etcEmotionally be their rock not showing them mommy is drained physicallyand emotionally and has all the time in the world to listen to theirneeds Able to take care of home and work but also help with whatevertroubles they have in school or their day to day life Its soundshectic but it all pays off When I am able to relax with them and watcha movie or their favorite TV show and see their comfort in me makes mefeel so proud Who says that the day has 24 hours you would think being me I had morestashed somewhere I get pulled in all directions my daughter with danceand son with baseball practice or game I am all over the place Dontlet it all fall on the same day I feel like a chicken with out a headSo managing time is a must I have a schedule on my fridge for eachmonth to make sure I have enough driving time dropping off time andpicking up for them
