"Nursing school and a full time job sounds like a heavy load, so kudos to you! Overall, you are off to a good start with this paper. You stayed focussed on the topic at hand, provided specific examples from your own experience, and it is formatted fairly consistently. You haven't indicated that it must meet a specific style criteria, but it looks like MLA, so be sure to reference a style guide if that is the formatting being asked for. The biggest area needing some improvement would be your sentences. You have great transitional phrases, but you could stand to combine some of your sentences so that the paper is not so choppy. Also be careful about using certain words too much (i.e. "both"). With these fixes, you will have a great paper!"
