We all live in the sam world and breathe the same air that makes usall have a similarity right no we all have our own unique ablitiesand personalities which seperate us from eachotherThere are many similarites and differences between Cotton and Goodenowin the novel Bless the Childern and Beasts by Glendon SwarthoutGoodenow and Cotton have very different personalities but they have averiety or traits in commons as well Cotton represents a round charaterbecause of how he gets explained in this story Swarthout makes each ofthe boys a main character because of how she tells each of their homelives and how they feel but in someone elses eye they could thinkCotton stood out to them the most At the same time they could alsothink that Goodenow is a very round character because of how many detailand stories the author gives about him as well As well as the two boysboth being round characters they could also describe them both as verydynamic The author does a great job giving details in the novel as towhere and how Cotton is a dynamic character Such as when in thebeginning of the story he is just this camp leader that wants to takeover and start helping out their group By making them stronger in theend of the story he is basically the one who makes them all unite as onewhole group and become more manly and not so dependent on othersGoodenow is a very dynamic character as well for example in thebeginning of the book he is very shy and doesnt really participate inthe games By the end of the book he is starting to get his head in thegame and helping take control He does this when he volunteers to takeon differnt tasks during the releasing of the buffalo also when heintroduces bumping which made him look more like a leader by helpingbring back the bedwetters into one group again Goodenow had aconversation with Cotton at one point
