Faith Social Customs and Indvuadity is a big role in our society and with in our selves Social customs is what you are taught growing up As in where Individuality plays a part in your personality Faith comes with religion and what you were taught growing up as well All of these comes with pros and cons because if you are being put in a situation that you have never came across all of these changes for the better or worst Everybody has different beliefs in faith social customs and individuality due to time frame and the culture that raised them In these two stories A Good Man Is hard To Find By Flannery OConnor and An Old Man With An Enormous Wings By Garcia-Marquez it shows you how all three comes to part and changes during certain situations A Good Man Is Hard To Find By Flannery OConnor O Connor talks about a grandmother who is all into religion and lives by her moral codes She is religious but constantly does hypocrite things such as deceive her family Judge others and say racist remark On their road trip to Florida the grandmother tell a story to kid were she said I never got to eat that watermelon the little nigger ate itpg228 They visit Sammys restaurant and that is when the grandmother heard bout the Misfit Sammy tells her about his good deed she calls him a good man pg229 but agreed to him saying a good man is hard to find She made up a story about a house with a secret panel230 that is really is in Tennessee She manipulates Bailey her son by telling the kids about it she knew it would make the children anxious so that her son Bailey would take them there The grandmother knew of her wrongdoing but says nothing about it because she was embarrassed OConner
