Bridget's feedback:
"Your essay is off to a good start! I have a few suggestions for moving to the next draft. First, it's clear you've done your research in the details you provide: incorporating in-text citations will help the reader comprehend the work you've done with the sources, and also allow them to follow up on further information if they are interested. Related, I was surprised to see the phrase "I'm not sure what that means..." amongst the researched information: follow up on the definitions -- your reader is depending on you to guide them through the terms.
You have a good sense of sentence structure and flow, so make sure to proofread and catch any errors that may distract the reader from the discussion. I also encourage you to use more paragraphing: the two large blocks of text feel a little arbitrary, and they also make it hard for the reader to pick up on the moment you enter into the concluding thoughts."
