Many Americans today are faced with the hassles and time-consuming ways in which they pursue to construct a feasible budget plan to manage their personal income and expenditures Most budget plans list the costs that are expected to be acquired by a set of activities alongside a certain income that is expected to cover these costs When preparing my budget plan I would break it down into two categories In which the budget plan would identify necessary resources and their costs and determine their sources of funding The first step would be to specify all the resources that are needed to implement the activities listed in the budget plan and assign a cost to these resources To do this look at each activity in the budget plan and calculate the time supplies equipment and other costs to carry it out For example if I were to go on a camping trip out in the woods I would need to compute the other factors that are needed to perform this task I would need some sort of transportation to my destination proper hiking gear camping tents food water etc Some costs however will be fixed costs Examples of fixed costs would be rent and utilities and income salaries These fixed costs will be also added to my budget plan However most of my costs for my activities will be variable costs These costs vary with the volume of service such as taxes When all the costs of resources are accounted for the second step I would take is to be aware if it doesnt accumulate more than my total income that I bring in This shows me if I have fallen behind in my spending plan or have maintained a
