"This is a good summary, but it suffers from poor grammar. I suggest you identify issues by running a grammar check when you write. Following are some suggestions to further improve this piece.

Avoid unnecessary capitalization. You end section I with an incomplete sentence, which lacks a verb acting on a subject. Include no spaces before or after a slash. You should review drug names and avoid capitalizing generic drug names. As a matter of style, we usually minimize the use of articles, and of words in general, in titles and headers. For example, you might write, ”Definition of diagnosis and etiology,” or just “Diagnosis and etiology.” You mention “men’s health.” Is this article specific to men? The title does not indicate this. You probably follow a specific format. Otherwise, I would suggest an introduction. “Multiple different” is redundant. Avoid informal expressions such as “what they have on their hands” and “a lot,” and also contractions. You run two sentences together, e.g., “Once these have been performed … this is to show.” You write “thou,” which I assume should be “though.” Unless it is commonly used in such reports, you should avoid “>” and instead write “greater than.” If you retain the symbol, you should precede it with a space."
