The place that is most significant to me is the Ellis Park creek This creek is a very serene and soothing place to go when I need time to myself Its also a great place to go to when I want to spend time with my family and have a good time The first time I saw the creek was such an astounding experience for me The sights smells sounds and the things I felt while I was there were breath takingThe sights I saw couldnt have been more stunning The first thing I saw when I went was tan grainy sand that was right along the creek and it stretched out as far as the creek did The next thing I saw was the water It looked very pure just like a crystal would be after it has been polished The water looked flawless and I was able to see straight to the bottom where various rocks and pieces of jagged glass were lying On the other side of the creek there were willow trees that bowed over and grazed the water When I wanted to sit down I sat on a grassy slope that was right above the sand As I looked beyond the willow trees that were wilting over I could see monkey bars that were part of the playground on the other side of the park Also when I looked closely at the water I could see tadpoles swimming through the water with the bursts of energy that they had Finally on the days I went there with my family I could see them playing in the sand splashing in the water or relaxing along the side of the creekNext the sounds I heard were numerous and they always depended on the day I went Usually I would hear black birds chirping and singing their hearts out to the world I could even hear people splashing all around and laughing
