Diversity can be expressed as people coming together from different nationalities and religion to form a community or as society Diverse society is the one that values the difference in people It recognizes the people with different background skills and attitude than homogeneousness society Society benefits mostly from diversity than homogeneousness because it can bring people coming together from different races and nationalities and it harness the difference to make the service relevant The equality and encouragement of diversity benefits the societyIn todays society most people view diversity as a good thing because its bring people coming together from different races and nationalities As well it gives people the chance to navigate things outside what we are normally taught or know of In the Chrysalids written by John Wyndham Is a science fictional story about mutants and a very conformist society In Chrysalids the people of Waknuk community are homogeneousness society rather than a diverse society They discriminate against those who are different in any way both physically and mentally The people of Waknuk thinks that anything different in blaspheme which is sent by devil to misguide them into another tribulation I think people in todays society do not act in this way maybe not to this extreme or to an extent For example when I was new to high school I do not know which way to go to my art class Even though Im from a different nationality there was a girl who helped me find my class Who is very different from my culture and nationality Not only this everyone in the school are very helpful and nice and everyone have helped me allot without isolating me or bullying me For some people being in a diverse society can prepare them for the real world Being with different people and cultures would encourage an individual to learn and experiment different things like meDiversity harnesses the service to make the society relevant Lack
