"This is a well-written essay that shows your mastery of the concepts and over the project of putting the two thinkers into conversation in an organized manner. I will suggest breaking up the very long banking system paragraph beginning on page 2 ("Freire classifies standard systems...") for the sake of readability and to avoid leveling the nuances of the discussion, possibly when you move into Freire's critique or when you bring Emerson back in; otherwise, your structure and focus within and across the paragraphs is solid.

There are a number of very minor errors that should be caught with a thorough proofread, as well as occasional unclear moments. (For example, in "This is exactly what Freire speaks of, however; unlike Emerson, ...", should the however come after the semicolon? This will change the meaning.) While working with these lower-order concerns, keep your eyes open for opportunities to streamline the writing for a bit more efficiency and movement. To give one example of this, you define "Man thinking" in two adjacent sentences--can this become a single sentence, instead?"
