Ancient India and China were very successful when it came to ruling religion and development They both established effective governments that worked for their needs as civilizations Ancient India and China had pleased citizens powerful dynasties and modern changes which affected the civilizations drasticallyAncient India and China conquered excessive amounts of land while both of them were conquered little if not at all Indias most successful civilization was the Harappan civilization They set the standards of what civilizations should be like in the future Chinas most successful empire was the Han Dynasty The Han Dynasty introduced many new things to Chinas culture This dynasty also increased trade which improved the economyThere were two main religions in ancient India Hinduism and Buddhism Hinduism originated in India its main belief was that everything was connected by one thing known as Brahman Hinduism cannot be traced back to a single founder but Buddhism can Buddhisms founder was Siddhartha Guatama Buddhisms main belief was that to rid life of suffering you must follow the Middle Way Buddhism did not become very popular in ChinaIndia and China had different ways of maintaining an empire Indians would wait until someone was to overthrow the current empire while the Chineses way of doing this was much more complicated Their way of picking a new dynasty resembles the seasons spring being the start of a new dynasty summer would be the keeping of the dynasty fall would be the fall of the dynasty and winter would be the time where a new dynasty will emerge They believed that when a dynasty was beginning it would receive the Mandate of Heaven As long as the dynasty had this their power would be withheld However when they began to lose it natural disasters and famine may occur This would mean that the dynasty should no longer be
