"This essay is well-written. However, it does leave some points unanswered. Your thesis and conclusion focus on wealth causing problems, but the supporting paragraphs focus more on how wealth itself doesn't solve problems, not how that wealth causes additional issues. For example, Gatsby's fancy parties don't win him any friends, but do they actually cause problems for him, or simply fail to solve the social issues he already has? Addressing these remaining questions will help bring this paper to the next level."
