"You did a good job putting together your thesis statement and then ensuring that your body paragraphs supported different parts of your thesis. In addition, you provided many illustrative examples from the book to help readers understand your argument. However, because there are many characters involved in the story, it would be helpful if you provided a bit more background information on a given character in your explanations so that the reader can better understand why Gandalf's decisions are significant. Aside from that, there are some capitalization issues that stand out. It's also odd that you switch between providing either chapter or page numbers for your citations."
