First reason for taking this course was to take better care of my bodyand heart Second reason is that while bieng out of shape I would runout of breath really easily and get exhuasted fast I felt as if my heartwould stop at any given moment Third was to meet people that had thesame problem as I and maybe work as a group to better ourselfs in a waythat no one was superior or better than the other person it would havebeen a group effort My last reason would be to release stress Ivealways thought that to be mentally capable of doing hard projects thatgive you a lot of stress you would have to be in good physical shape soyour mind can be as wellI have improved a lot in so many different ways which is realy good forme One is the time I ran in a mile from two minutes and thirty secondsto one minutes and ten seconds Second is my endurance has increasedbefore my body would get to tired that I wouldnt be able to endure itnow I can endure so much more that Im actually really surprised I havegrown mentally as well I think way more positve even when it hurts tokeep going I cant give up because just like me my classmates are givingthere all too so I have to keep goingMy health habits are probably of the charts I sleep more and actuallyget a good sleep while having insomnia it feels really good trust me Ihave more energy because I sleep more even my self esteem has improved Iam not as shy any more or tired I feel great Working out always helpsme release stress so this class helped me a lot I have stress eventhough I look like I dont but I do each time class started I was happyso much good energy coming from the class that stress would go away withall the good vibes you would get
