Back in the middle of 1920s Germans ignored Hitler because that was when Germanys situation was getting better However problems just kept coming since the Great Depression and people had no choice but supporting Hitler The economic issue in Germany during the late 1920s Hitlers promises and the fact that it was Hindenburg who appointed him all pushed the people to support him After World War I Germany was forced to pay the reparations and they borrowed 9 billion dollars from America to pay it Peoples lives became better However things never worked out the way that people expected In 1929 the Wall Street crashed and US asked Germany to pay back the loan As a result Germanys economy collapsed Owners could not pay their workers so people started to lose jobs The unemployment was 25 million in 1928 and it grew to 6 million in 1932Without the basic income people died because of hunger and diseases Thus people wanted to blame someone and hoped to have extreme solutions Hitler offered the November Criminals to the Germans to blame them for the Treaty of Versailles which was the reason for Germany to pay all the reparations and the peoples suffering After all that Germans became desperate They thought what Hitler said was actually what they want and supported Hitler in the elections The number of Nazi seats in the Reichstag rose from 12 in 1928 to 230 in July 1932That was a huge step for the Nazi party and once again gave people confidence towards Hitler Hitler seemed to promise everyone something those promises were included in his Twenty-Five Point Programme One of the most important reasons for the people from different levels to support Hitler could be seen in the Twenty-Five Point Programm First all Germans hated the Treaty of Versailles The abolition of the Treaty of Versailles It was not only accepted but also supported by all the Germans The first duty of
