"Your mastery of this topic impressive; it comes through clearly in the confident handling of the many details of this discussion as well as the assertive delivery of information. Because each paragraph is so dense with detail, make sure you are using clear transition and signposting language to move the reader along inside the paragraphs. While it's true that a reader can expect a single paragraph to contain related material, using language to create connective tissue from idea to idea is still vital to the reader's experience. This guidance is strongest in your concluding paragraph, which has good flow, so you could use that as a model. (For example, "In sum,..." and "There was also the fact..." help the reader follow you from one step to the next.) My main concern is the style guide--you have marked this paper as APA 7, which does not use the Chicago-style footnotes that your paper currently has. As CMOS is often used when writing about history, I did wonder if the wrong style guide had been marked. However, per the indicated style guide, the citations of this paper will need to be overhauled into author-date; the References will then need to be formatted properly as well, with consistent and proper use of title and sentence case for source names. Finally, I noticed ancient sources listed in the prompt--you may want to consider making more active use of them if required."
