When people move to a new apartment or house they cannot choose people living in front of and next to your rooms or house Most of them hope that there are nice neighbors for them and no strange and annoying people who might be in trouble live near your place When people hear extremely noisy sound all the time they would feel stress and some of them would even have a headache Making noisy sound is the thing that irritate people so much For example the students prepare for the important exams The sound their neighbors make disturbs them and they cannot focus on their study well if their neighbors make too much noise Also their neighbors might have many children who is around five years old Most of such children make very annoying sound because they scream and sometimes cry with a loud voice while playing with toys or their friends The neighbors should be quiet people who have no children who attend kindergarten or elementary school if people want a quietude and to concentrate their study People want neighbors who have a good personality because they do not want to have some troubles that is hard to solve Sometimes there are people who are strange and lack a common sense They do things that normal people usually do not do For some people living a house it is the serious problem that they put their garbages in front of or near your entrance Most them do not care a bit what they have done to their neighbors and do not think that it is not good behavior so it might be big problems and people probably need to move to a new place People with common sense are necessary for good neighbors There are always possibilities that people have an accident in their house or appartment For the case of emergency people who is always kind and helpful are needed People who
