During the Paleolithic Era the first tools ever were made As we progressed we even learned to communicate with one another Human technological and social developments made us move from continent to continent which forced our ancestors to deal with harsh weather and climates This huge chunk of time from 40000 BCE to 10000 BCE is also known as the Stone Age Because of this Stone Age we were able to modernize our world to what is known as today If our ancestors hadnt made these discoveries back then where do you think we would be nowThe technological developments all started during the Lower Paleolithic Era when humans used stone tools to help them gather and hunt for food They created these tools by breaking off sharp pieces from the rock itself to turn them into hunting weapons for example knife blades spears or arrow points Soon after they discovered the main element to their life and survival fire Discovering fire led to improving tools and having a wider range of food to eat The fire would cook the meat they hunted so that they could digest it easier and it would make the tools sturdier so that they could cut off the animal hides for clothing Although these new discoveries caused life to flourish and modernize they had to move around like nomads in small groups to hunt and gather more food Moving around so much caused them to eventually run into other groups of peopleDuring the Late Paleolithic Era early humans learned how to communicate Before languages were created they made grunts and babbled sounds Soon after some groups transformed those mumbled noises into patterns and created a language The languages consisted of unique sounds and clicks The new languages made communication easier Other bands of people like the Neanderthals have met with Homo sapiens in France where artifacts from both groups were found in a cave Although we have no
