Bob's feedback:
"You raise several important questions throughout this essay. However, the disorganized and haphazard way in which these questions are brought up makes this a difficult read.
Your introduction keeps flitting between perspectives. While it's important to present opposing viewpoints, the introduction should be where you build up to your thesis statement, and it should be done without hedging. It is difficult to tell what your stance is from the introduction. As the text continues, points and counter-points seem to be thrown into the mix as they come to mind.
Consider working closely with an editor to help organize your thoughts. Choose a stance (even if it's a middle-of-the-road one) and craft a solid thesis statement that tells your reader in one sentence what the thrust of your paper is. Support that thesis statement with logical arguments."
