You have provided a reasonable number of references to support your thesis, as well. However, you should include more in-line citations within the body of the essay to show where you obtained your information. For example, please include a reference for the first sentence in your "Employees" sub-section. This paper would benefit from a round of proofreading (for example, the sentence beginning with "This is important information because it shows that..." is awkward and should be revised for brevity).
