"I really like the way you organized this essay. Starting with your father's personal opinion, you progress to more academic sources and ask good follow-up questions such as who is watching the fact-checkers. You ask important questions and avoid jumping to conclusions.
Parts of this essay are unnecessarily wordy. For example, you don't need to recount your entire conversation with your father. The narrative style of that paragraph veers away from the relevant information and may lose your reader.
There are several run-on sentences throughout the essay. Consider going back through the essay and focusing on presenting your thoughts in a clear, concise manner rather than what sometimes amounts to a stream-of-consciousness exercise. While your thought process may be worth sharing at times, it can clutter your essay if you rely on it too much."
