"You do a good job of providing background on the electoral college and outlining some of its shortcomings, and in general, it's clear that you think we should re-think this system. That said, be careful that you don't overuse rhetorical questions, because they can muddy your argument and make it less persuasive. Instead, it's better to be direct in stating your stance and why others should agree with you. You also might consider breaking up your conclusion a bit so that you're not introducing new information there. Ideally, your conclusion should focus only on summing up your arguments and reiterating your position. Finally, I would recommend cleaning up the excess spacing, font inconsistencies, and other formatting concerns while proofreading for grammar, punctuation, and capitalization issues. All of this will help your ideas stand out and will make a stronger, clearer case for your argument."
