It would be a good idea to include "a.m." or "p.m." when you mention a time such as "10:15," and at the moment, you switch between using the dollar sign (e.g., $4) and the word "dollars" (e.g., 4 dollars) when you talk about money. Dates should be written with cardinal numbers (no "-rd" or "-th" in your case) even if they're pronounced as ordinals. Revision should be done to ensure consistent formatting practices with your paragraphs, and you should double-check that the same font type and color is used throughout your paper."
