"You've done a good job lining up your main claims into a sound multi-paragraph structure. You will want to ensure each paragraph stays focused from topic sentence to final line; in particular, I notice the paragraph about the servant devolves into a discussion about Jocasta. (Similarly, does your hook appropriately forecast the thesis?)

Related, I see that the vast majority of the discussion is on Jocasta, and yet Oedipus (and his role as a tragic hero) dominates the introduction and conclusion. I'm curious if the discussion's tendency to shift back to Jocasta might suggest a different direction and an alternative thesis--something to consider!

While the use of specific plot moments is useful, make sure summary does not overwhelm the analysis itself. And finally, frequent errors make some of the more specific discussion very hard to follow. Proofread carefully to keep the reader's attention on the ideas rather than deciphering the syntax."
