Many people go great ways to save their lives throughout all they do For example they pray fight themselves everyday and have to go through day to day struggles many dont have to face but yet they are still more happy then anyone else in the world They embrace what they have and are happy to be alive A day-to-day struggle for many is taking care of their family as it is for Katniss At a very young age Katnisss father died in a coal mining accident From then on all Katniss was worried about was whether there was enough food or if one of the family members would get sick One day Katniss was going out to look for some food There was not any Katniss soon encountered a bakery were she meet a boy later to be known as Peeta Katniss later found out Peeta purposely burned the bread so he could give it to her Katniss states he carries two large loaves of bread that must have fallen into the fire because the crusts were scorched blackCollins 38 This goes to show people out there help many with their struggles in life no matter what they are During the reaping Prim gets chosen Katniss knew that it wouldnt be right to let Prim go so Katniss stood up and took Prims spot All Katniss worried about was supporting their family and if everyone was okay throughout the whole Hunger Games Throughout the Hunger Games Katniss and Peeta went great ways to survive They both have to escape and stay alive through it all They encountered many hard struggles but with their perseverance and life support they did it Katniss states if im going to cry now is the time to do itCollins 54 In the beginning Katniss was a little worried about leaving the family behind and if Katniss were to die who would take care of them Soon Katniss
