In the beginning of the course I chose two skills that I wanted to improve in They were time management skills and academic integrity skills It wasnt that I was terrible at these things but I knew that I would need some improvement The last five weeks have been great and helping me understand myself and these skills more and I would like to share with you my findings and how I bettered myselfLooking through the list of what I wanted to improve I knew right away that time management skills was something I defiantly needed work on When I was in high school I would always wait till the last minute to work on a project Having that feeling of being rushed was defiantly something that I did not want again Since being in school I am very organized and plan things out weeks in advance and actually write out a scheduleBeginning my Walden classes I knew that being on time was something that needed to happen Not having a very personal relationship with the teacher you wouldnt be able to ask for things that you could normally get if you were face to face This was something that I was used to growing up I was from a small town and graduated with fifty kids in my class Teachers knew parents parents knew teachers and sometimes I even had the same teachers as my parents Sometimes you would get special treatment from those teachers because of whom you wereIve always been very good at being organized I always considered myself to be a little OCD when it came to things Im never late to a meeting dinner or an interview But when it comes to school work I knew it was something I had to concentrate on to be able to succeed My personal network is made up of tons of great people and resources but I knew my
