Jim's feedback:
"This is a good summary. Your second sentence is an example of a comma splice, i.e., the use of a comma to link what should be two sentences. Write economically. For example, to start the second paragraph, you could merely write, “How do you learn something new?” Instead of writing “learning” several times, you can list the three styles as “visual, auditory, and tactual.” It depends on the format, but you should at least write out numbers through nine. You say you are familiar with tactual learning, but the essay is not about you, so that can be deleted. The next sentence is incomplete, i.e., it lacks a verb acting on a subject, and the following sentence is incomprehensible, probably because “be” should be “by.” As a modifier, “trial and error” should be hyphenated."
