"You take a clear stance on the issue in support of keeping libraries open, but your essay would be a lot stronger if you included more specific details to support your argument. For example, in the second sentence of your work, it's unclear whom you're referring to when you say "they." If you're writing in response to a specific article on a library, you should specify the name of the article, its author, and the name of the library in danger of being closed. If you're talking about a specific city, you should also mention the name of the city in question. While it's good that you address a counterargument to your position, the essay lacks enough compelling supporting evidence in favor of your position to convince the reader of your stance. Consider adding a body paragraph before your counterargument to include this type of content. Statements such as the last one in your first paragraph need heavy revision to clarify your intended meaning and improve the flow of your writing."
