I believe that every one of us was created equal and conceived for a certain purpose in life Now the question is whether you are more willing to fulfill that purpose or not I believe that every one of us here was meant to shine brightly like children There is better in life than contemplating now and then how life should have been and how it will be In other words living as if today was the last day as if nothing matters in your life helps you endure and avoid obstacles like stress anxiety depression mental disorders and illness and many other psychological and physical sicknesses There is a saying from the book Daily Splash of Joy by Debra Johnson He who lives in hope will dance in fiddle However this indicates that living without having to meet anybodys expectations help one to create ones own meaning for the life that one might be living Moreover it helps bring more smiles happiness blessings and many other joys into life On the other hand those who live in order to fulfill other expectations of society in general are more likely to end up committing suicide when their fears of not gaining respect or being rejected or even of not being approved of for something on which they have worked very hard becomes more than they can bear Not only that withdrawal from families and friends and denial may also be a result of not performing to outside expectations because of the fear of negative social evaluations making mistakes such as bad decisions that will affect them for the rest of their live as well as working very hard for nothing In short I believe that living as if life has no meaning creating ones atmosphere of succeeding in ones own world and finding ways that will help give one meaning to the life that one is living will eventually increase the longevity of living and
