On Sunday December 24th 2003 today was the day before Christmas Today was going to be my first Christmas that Ive ever experienced although I was really excited I could not wait My patience for this Christmas holiday was unbearable Id always stare at my clock and watch the second hand tick for every one second My family and I were finally going to my cousins family Christmas party for the first time partially because my parents were always busy working and because my aunt keeps calling us to go I think the reason why my relative wants my family and I to go is mainly because they want to see how far my sister and I have grown On the morning of Monday December 25th2003 approximately 11 Oclock AM I was having cereal for breakfast which tasted sweet crunchy while watching Teletoon with my sister While watching television all I heard was the conversation about the Christmas party Ive always disliked my mom when she spoke on the phone because she sounded like she was arguing with someone When my mom finished talking on the phone she told me and my father to shovel the cold and wintry snow outside on the driveway Spending quality time with my father gave me a chance to ask my dad about my relatives Since Ive forgotten about them when Im was 1-2 years old I asked my dad how they were and how theyre like My dad replied in a cogitating manner Ive met your cousins and Aunt a few years ago when you were born just to see you since then Ive never made contact with them other than talking on the phone Although I did not know much about my relatives I have met them when I was a young child After shovelling the driveway my father and I then headed back into the house
