"You start off with good background info and clearly identify the theory you use to explain your hidden curriculum example, but consider also mentioning the social imagination component in the thesis. Overall, your broad analysis points are pretty solid with well-focused paragraphs. However, the content about the Thomas theorem should be a separate paragraph, and some of the analysis could be more explicit. For example, saying that your example is an example of a hidden curriculum just because it violated policy doesn't show *why* or create explicit connections (the same is true of some of the other points). You also might want to tie in a little more summary or synthesis in your conclusion, but otherwise, you tie in the sociological imagination component nicely there. A few other things to watch out for are inconsistent spacing, sentence structure errors (e.g., comma splices), sentence variety, spelling (e.g., self-fulfilling, face-to-face communication), use of unnecessary possessives, and smoothness of phrasing, among other grammar/punctuation errors. I can see the clear effort you put into transitioning, but be careful with overusing transitional words and phrases; they aren't always needed. Finally, nice overall job with verb tenses!"
