Each persons life is a journey a journey on a contorted road with bumps and craters Sometimes the bumps are as huge as the Himalayas and the craters as deep as the ocean and as infinite as the sky Today im going to tell you about my journey My journey is not a journey most people would have or want to have Most people would think that someone with a mental illness or a mental disability think that that someone has down syndrome or has special needs but no people who have a mental illness can also be in the same normal classes as normal people and do the same things as other people and they would still have a mental illness and people wouldnt noticeIm going to tell you about my journey in finding out about my general anxiety and what I learned from it the bumpy road I went through Generalized anxiety is characterized by excessive exaggerated anxiety and worry about everyday life events with no obvious reasons for worry basically people with GAD tend to always expect disaster and cant stop worrying about EVERYTHING health money school image After living with the anxiety for a while without doing anything about it eventually it takes over your body and controls your mind which can interfere with daily things like homeworkwork focus and social activities clubs sports friendshellosaid the school nurse with a sweet voice hello I replied back a little nervous and worried I try to hide that Im worried but she notices do you know why youre here she asks no I say trying not to sound like Im about to cry well youre not in trouble she smiles reassuringly I get less nervous but I still dont know why Im here so I decide to ask her then why am I here she looked at me a little worried and then I saw it in her eyes it was because the
