Everywhere I go the people I meet would always change but my weight would always stay the same As a young child I struggled with weight gain Either at home or at school I was always the most overweight child However as I grew older I began to lose weight due to a change of eating habits and exercising everyday But that was all in the past As years progressed I slowly started to regain my bad eating habits and decrease my time working out to the point that I stopped exercising for years This is because sometimes I would not follow my plans For example I would get tempted from looking at refined and processed food or forget to exercise Slowly but surely I begin to gain about 10-20 pounds Not only did I gain pounds I begin to lose self-confidence and motivation Due to this fact I was unable to bring myself to lose weight and live a more healthy and productive lifestyle ever againYet my turning point started this year because my father was diagnosed with diabetes type 2 This is very important to me because diabetes can kill anyone at any moment My father is one of most important people in my life and for me to see what he had to go through everyday devastated me I worried not only for my fathers health but also mine since diabetes is heredity This incident made me realize that if I dont take care of myself I can get sick or even worse So from now on my challenge is losing about 10-20 pound and eating healthy In order to do this I need to limit my intake of sugar and any refined carbohydrate from my diet and replace it with whole grain food Also I need to exercise at least 30 minutes per day However my problem is that I dont know how to start this challenge If I were to
