When coming up with a new curriculum for a school or a class There is a lot of information people are going to want to know For one is it going to work or is it working at the present moment Why is there a need to change the curriculum that is already in place All this information could be gathered by doing some sort of time-series research project The researcher would come up with a plan to test the curriculum and see if there was in impact on the attendance This could be done by coming up with a survey to ask the students and the teachers This would let you see what they feel has changed or give ideas on how to make it better Could look at all the attendance paperwork and compare the numbers to a previous year There are two types of single-group time series designs that a researcher can choose to use The first one is single-group time-series and the second one is a single-group time-series design with continuous treatment The person doing the research would have to decide what one they feel is best There are pros and cons to both typesSingle-group time-series design with only one type of test to see if the new curriculum is working or did work is the type that most schools and teachers would choose The reason being that they only have to come up with one curriculum and then test it once to see what has changed and if the attendance went up or down I agree that this could be the best type to use on certain cases I do not feel that this type would work for all trials and classes It only gives the researcher one result to look at there is no comparison or anything else to view that might
