Jim's feedback:
"This essay proceeds logically, but your writing is wordy and imprecise, and you tend to repeat ideas. An example of imprecision is the reference to UN inspectors in foreign nations. The UN is an international organization, and from its perspective, there is no such thing as a foreign nation. In the fourth paragraph, your first two sentences are repetitious. The fifth paragraph features an incomplete sentence, which lacks a verb acting on a subject. You misspell “imagined” and “Iraq,” and you misuse the verb “marshal.” Incorrect verb tenses cause confusion. You start to discuss the Soviet Union (which is not the same as Russia) in the present tense, and then you shift to the past. You will better make your case if you include authoritative citations."
