"You do a great job creating the frame of reference and grounds for comparison in your intro. You also loosely identify your thesis at the end, but being more specific there would help make your main focus (and the comparison) clearer. For instance, you could (and ideally should) draw both characters’ names into the thesis statement. Another strong point is that you keep the first body paragraph well-focused. However, make sure to support your reading of the character’s motives and behaviors with more analysis. For instance, what explicitly is the choice Iago is forcing the audience to make regarding his character? You state that he does so (or imply it based on the broader statement about the antihero), but you don’t explicitly detail the how/why (based on your interpretation). The second body paragraph also seems to be off to a good start, but make sure you include abundant examples that illustrate your point (minimizing the summary details) while also engaging with the support through analysis. Your citation also appears to be from the textual version of Othello, but you refer to the film versions of both works in your intro--make sure to square that by either referring to and citing from the textual version, or referring to and citing from the film for Othello. Finally, doing a close read-through and proofreading would help you identify the spots that have awkward phrasing (most areas read well phrasing-wise, though!), comma errors, and sentence structure issues (comma splices, run-on sentences)."
