"Both parts of your essay fully accomplish what you set out to do, and you provide a realistic outline of a teaching training program in the second part of your work. While you also do a great job of providing citations to outside sources, your parenthetical citations should be reviewed to ensure that they’re formatted in a consistent manner. Likewise, your headings are helpful for reader navigation, but there are some inconsistencies in formatting that should be corrected to create a more polished essay. On a last note about consistency, the word “journal” should be consistently capitalized when referring to specific reflection, such as “Journal 4.” There are some verb tense issues, especially with your use of “I have not” instead of “I did not.” Meanwhile, you sometimes write run-on sentences when using “however” and “therefore.” The semicolon is often used to separate items in a list when a comma would do just fine, and review is needed to ensure that a space is inserted before an opening parenthesis. Remember that when a parenthetical citation appears at the end of a statement, the period should go after the citation. Also, a possessive should not be made using the year of publication for a work (e.g., not “Smith (1995)’s work” but “Smith’s (1995) work”)."
