This paper is going to analyze myself focusing on personality and management future career which is triggered and supported by self-assessment test result And also discuss two improvements I want to commit soon 1 Profile As a business student I feel good with my basic personality except not very satisfied that I am a little introvert Getting along well with others is a kind of my proud Although not ambitious and was envious those energetic and with a lot interests now I get to know fewer goals is usually better than many goals This also indicates my emotional stability I am calm and secure but anyway I would not like to claim myself as enthusiastic Being a female I used to hate ladies who believe in external fate and those who sell the theory Now I have become much more moderate I believe that I can control my destiny although not thoroughly Reality has taught me there is a lot thing we cannot overcome The past has somewhat limit to the future Good thing is I am confident at least I can make a decent living by myself and I wont be throw my fate on anything out of myself Also I give some understanding on those who sell fate theory for money also sell hope to those who want to accept usually because of their depression Coming from China to US studying and living outside hometown changing job backing to school changing major and of course aging all of those impressed me that life is full of changes and some are unexpected Experience has persuaded me that I am self-monitored Also because of the experience I feel a little tired and maybe thats why test result doesnt treat me as a high self-monitored Hmm who knows the real reason The test result also shows that I am not proactive and I agree Although I look for
