"This is a good overview, but it is conversational, at the expense of precision. You should be able to distill this discussion and present some principles, perhaps through a bullet list. Try to write clearly and concisely. For example, I have no idea what you mean to say in the first sentence of the manuscript. You focus on one marketing company, to the extent that I question whether the essay is biased. If you want to feature a company, set it off as an example and show how it exemplifies the principles you state in your paper. You mention Paragon and diversity, but you do not explain how the company practices diversity, nor do you define the term. Your introduction and conclusion are both long. These should be brief and explicit, stated in short paragraphs."
