Friendship is an essential part of ones life A good friend will at most times know you better than yourself There are many definitions that pertain to being a good friend especially because everyone has a different personality Most people look for something different in a friend what ever it may be it is very important to appreciate a good friendship because it is very difficult to come across The time spent with a friend is irrelevant if they do not carry the traits of generosity trustworthiness and most importantly being positive Generosity may as well be key to human contentment It does not necessarily have to be something materialistic to bring someone to smile a pleasant compliment will just do the trick if not better No matter what people say everyone loves to hear or receive something nice once in a while if not everyday It is almost vital for a friend to be able to deliver this type of happiness Imagine a world without smiles compliments hugs and gifts lets just say no thank you It may not come to realization to some however our whole world is developed on the generosity of others The help that our friends give us is beyond importance and it is essential for happiness Little acts of kindness have brought friendships acquaintances or even loving relationships together The best gift any friend can give is a couple simple words to brighten our day Trust is one very important trait especially when dealing with friendship Trust could not be stressed more than anything else We all want our friends to be trustworthy whether it is to tell them a secret and not worry of them telling someone else to feel that our friend is honest and will not lie cheat or steal from us Unfortunately there are very few people out there that can be trusted which is why we would want our best friend to
