"Now is certainly a great time to be thinking about personal goals, both short-term and long-term! Overall, this is a good first draft. You stayed focused on the topic and provided a fair amount of information, but there are some areas that need revision.

What I think will help improve this essay the most is re-organizing. Perhaps start by talking about what brought you to this point in your educational journey (taking that test in the 10th grade, etc.), then talk about your short-term goals (graduating from your current college and getting into a university), and then talk about your long-term goals (graduating from a university and then working as an educator). Organizing your essay in a chronological manner always helps to make sure the reader won’t get lost or confused. As for content, I think it would be fantastic to explain a bit more as to why you want to be an educator. Was there a teacher that made an impact on your life? Is there a specific age-group you’re passionate about working with?

Lastly, there were quite a few little conventional errors. Be sure to proofread carefully. A method I always recommend is that you read your essay aloud. We tend to skim over the details when we read in our heads, so reading aloud helps you catch little mistakes that might otherwise go unnoticed. With these few changes and corrections, your will have a great essay."
