The economy plays a major factor in every America life According to President Barack Obama The success of our economy has always depended not just on the size of our gross domestic product but on the reach of our prosperity on the ability to extend the opportunity to every wiling hear- not out of charity but because it is the surest route to our common good Obama The economy can always improve and of course when the economy is going well that means better goods services and less unemployment compared to when the economy is down In this paper the writer will seek opinions from two different authors on ways to improve the economy and obtain their viewpoints about the state of the economy The writer will then agree or disagree about their viewpoint and goes into more discussion According to an article written by Phillip Swagel from Real Clear Markets he stated that there are three ways the economy can improve in 2014 One of the three ways is the completion of the Trans Pacific Partnership TPP The TPP includes being able to open market reforms in Japan that will help the United Stated exports If both counties are approved trading with Japan will boost the economy dramatically The second idea that Mr Swagel stated is immigration reform He mentioned that immigration will tighten border security and immigrants that are here in the United States illegal will be deported so therefore it will allow high-skilled workers to obtain jobs He went on to state that because so many illegal immigrants have jobs it discourage Americans that are looking for jobsThe last idea is to reform the US housing finance system He pointed out two companies that needs to be reform and those are Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac Those two companies have had bailout and he stated that it is not fair to taxpayers He goes on to
