Christina's feedback:
"You gave the reader wonderful content to ensure they understand Shirley Jackson's use of setting, suspense, and foreshadowing within her work. When transitioning from one paragraph or subject to the next, you want to use something from the paragraph before to create a bridge into the next. For instance, from paragraph three to four, you could have your opening sentence in paragraph four say something like: The setting can also help with suspense, which is what keeps the reader at the edge of their seats, wondering what is to come next. Since you had the formatting for your paper as MLA, you would benefit from reviewing your formatting guidelines regarding your opening information (your name, teacher's name, class, and date) and line spacing, as all lines need to be spaced evenly apart. You would also benefit from a round of proofreading to ensure any issues with punctuation, word choice, and sentence structure are resolved before submitting your work."
