As an American we have built success with gender race and sexual preferences But as the land of the free are we labeled equal Gays have been looked at different for quite some time now since the early nineteen sixties Society has engaged on why Gays should not have the privileged to raise kids These same-sex couples and their children are dealing with hard obstacles being judge by their peers being bullied because of having the same-sex parents and how this will affect them and their childhood There are solutions to make society understand that these same-sex families are no different from heterosexual familiesA major cause of growing up in a same-sex home is a child sexual preference Everyone gets judge regardless of your race how you are dress the way you speak or even the person you choose to spend the rest of your life with Society believes that a child who is raised by same-sex couples is going to be confused on which sexual preference they should choose By being raised by two men or two women doesnt make a child gay Children grow up to make their own decisions They are aware of the opposite sex due to their peers Just because their parents are the same-sex doesnt make them confused A child who is raised in a heterosexual household has just as much of the opportunity to be gay as the next child According to by Webb-Mitchell Get a Room essay For both children teenage dating meant going through their own coming-out process but this time coming out straight to us This comment supports the fact that a gay family doesnt make their kids choices when it comes to sexual preferences Heterosexuals values culture rights beliefs and aspirations have negatively set rights on gays raising children They have their own beliefs as to what is consider right
