Bridget's feedback:
"It's clear you've read and worked with the article by Berryman et al., and you do a good job presenting the study methods and conclusions. There are some broad areas of repetition; it's okay to reinforce or remind your reader, but make sure you do this with purpose. Otherwise, the reader might get lost. To address this, think about organization: would moving some parts around group concepts better and allow you to eliminate repetition? In terms of writing mechanics, passive voice and vague pronoun usage end up obscuring the ideas. Let's take the end of the first paragraph ("It is believed..."): who is making this argument? Is this your intervention or the study's conclusion? Keep an eye out for similar moments where language might be impacting precision and/or clarity. Finally, keep an eye on your MLA citations--use "et al." for works with three or more authors, and if the source authors are part of the syntax, don't put them in parentheses."
