"It is clear that you have done your research on Sorel and know the company’s winter boots well, but there are repeated issues with formatting and writing conventions that detract from the quality of your work. When you have a parenthetical citation at the end of a statement, the period should go after the citation itself, not before the citation. The section “Target Market Size” would benefit from some revision to do away with the long bullet list and ensure that complete sentences have been properly punctuated. Your essay would also be more polished if you maintained consistent capitalization practices with your headings. Regular use or omittance of the serial comma is also recommended. The title of a magazine should be italicized. Meanwhile, semicolons are often used incorrectly in place of a colon or a comma. Terms such as “footwear” and “research” and the seasons (e.g., fall or winter) should not be capitalized in the middle of a sentence. You have a tendency to use the possessive form “Sorel’s” when either the plural form “Sorels” or simply the singular word “Sorel” would be more appropriate."
