Have you ever seen a track and field meet Do you ever wonder how the sprinters keep their pace in the 100 and 200 meter Well there is a certain way to run a 200m and accomplish this track event There are 5main things you have to do in order to do a good job Five main points are to practice stretch right have a good start off your starting blocks stay inside the curve relax on the straight away go full out 100If you follow these steps to running a 200m dash you will do a great job on this track eventFirst thing you need to do to accomplish a good 200meter dash is practice Practice every day Practice whenever you have time and go on the track and keep doing it over again Also run an extra hundred meter so run a 300 meter This will help you run for a long period of time and you will not get so tired easily Practice this and stay focus you dont have to do it at a 100As long as you keep doing it you will get better at itThe second step you will have to follow is stretching the right way Make sure you stretch all your leg muscles If you dont stretch right there will be a chance that you may cramp up in the middle of race or you can pull a muscle Your calves gluteus ankles and inner thigh are your main muscle part you need to stretch Stretch right so you will not get injured and can be more flexibleNext step is to have a good start off the blocks When the guy pulls the trigger to gun make sure you dont have a late reaction Also you have to have a good starting position be comfortable on the blocks Push off with your strongest starting leg and keep your head down until you get to the first 5
