"The early pages of your paper are strong: you have a logical organization of the content, with very clear signposting. However, by the final two sections, the reader has a hard time following the discussion. This is partly on the mechanical level: there are a lot of typos and errors that make it very hard to follow what's going on. More broadly, I would suggest making sure your conclusion and recommendations correspond directly to your statement of purpose (page 1), which seems much more specific than the concluding discussion. I also want to recommend refining your source use. They all look pretty solid (though I worry about the Geocities source, unless that is just the accessed/retrieval info--this should be reflected in the references entry--check your style guide). However, there are few if any sources from after 2000. Helping your reader comprehend the stakes and urgency starts here: this is an ongoing issue, and you do a good job giving vital historical background, but you should also have current sources to help the reader understand the current situation. You can start out at a trustworthy site like ProCon.org--clicking on any citation gives you the entire references list, and you can go from there."
